At Brow Essence, all sales are considered final. Due to the nature of our beauty products and hygiene standards, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for unused and undamaged products.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return request.
  • Any items that have been used, opened, or tampered with in any way are not eligible for return or refund — no exceptions.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at Contact@browessence.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and a clear photo of the item in its original condition.
  3. If your request is approved, we will provide a Return Label and return instructions.
  4. The product must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving the return label.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments. Please use a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved and the product passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Digital products and online course enrollments
  • Promotional items, sale items, or limited-edition items
  • Products returned without an approved Return Label or outside the return window

Damaged or Defective Products

  • All claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and shipping box in your email to Contact@browessence.com. 
  • If approved, a replacement will be sent. Refunds for damages are granted at our discretion.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders at this time.
