Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Please note: shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed.

  • Domestic (U.S.): USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • International: USPS, DHL, or UPS (based on location)
  • Overnight Shipping: Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM PST for same-day shipping

Shipping Costs

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100
  • Standard shipping rates apply for orders under $100
  • International shipping is calculated at checkout based on location and carrierShipping

Delays & Liability

Brow Essence is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or incorrect shipping information.

Once an order is marked as “delivered”, Brow Essence is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with any delivery issues.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, a reshipment fee will apply. Customers must contact us within 7 days to arrange for reshipment.

Product Inspection & Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If any items arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
Note: Damage to packaging alone is not eligible for refund or replacement.

We may close on certain holidays. Please call ahead for up-to-date store hours.

Unclaimed Orders

Orders not picked up within 9 business days will be marked as non-returnable and final sale.

Shipping Times
